Zoom Reports

The reports feature is only available to licensed users (e.g. Teachers and Staff).

 

  1. Log into Zoom using the “Sign in with Google” option.

  2. Look for the Reports option in the left-menu of the Account Profile screen.

     

  3. Click the Usage report.

     

  4. Enter the appropriate date range for the meeting on which you want to report.

     

  5. Locate the row that contains the correct meeting and click the number in the Participants column.

    Note: If you operated a single meeting for multiple groups (i.e. the host stayed but the participants came and went) you may have a meeting with a large number of participants.

     

  6. A new window will appear with the list of all your meeting attendees, the time each participant joined the meeting, the time they left the meeting, and the total number of minutes they attended the meeting.

    Note: It is possible for a participant to join and leave a meeting several times. Each time is logged as a different row with different times and duration.
