Parent-Teacher Conferences
For Winter 2024 Conferences, there are two different sign-up events - one for VIRTUAL conferences held on Zoom and one for IN-PERSON conferences which meet in the teacher’s classroom. Please verify you are signing up for the correct option!
Brother Rice uses the PTC (Parent-Teacher Conferences) service to facilitate online scheduling.
Accessing PTC Wizard

Username/passwords are automatically sent to all custodial parents, who provided an email address during registration, at least one day prior to the sign-up start date. If you did not receive an automated email, contact Tech Help at 248.833.2200.
Sign-up window
Sign-up form availability will be published in the Daily Announcements and is typically one week. The start and end times are firm and once the sign-up window is past, we are not able to accomodate any late sign-up. Parents needing late accomodations are encouraged to email the teacher (see Faculty Directory).

Multiple children
If you have multiple children that attend Brother Rice, PTC Wizard will save you time by allowing you to sign up for all of their appointments at one time.
If you have multiple children that have a common teacher, you can sign up for multiple appointments but they cannot be scheduled back-to-back.
Multiple classes with same teacher
If your child has a teacher for multiple classes, you will only be able to sign up for one appointment with that teacher.
