PowerSchool Forms

Forms may be completed in a web browser or using the PowerSchool Mobile app (e.g. cell phone, tablet).

Directions for using the PowerSchool website

  1. Navigate to https://brrice.powerschool.com.

  2. Enter your Username and Password.

  3. Select the Forms menu option at the top-left, if using a device with a smaller screen, this menu may be collapsed - look for the small arrow icon to expand the menu.

  4. Select the form to complete.

  5. Review and complete the form.

  6. Select the Submit button in the bottom-right corner.

  7. Optional: Some forms need to be completed once for each student in your family. Switch to the next student by clicking their name from the top menu (this may be collapsed if you are using a device with a smaller screen).

Directions for using the PowerSchool Mobile app

  1. Open the Mobile app.

  2. Select the More... menu item on the bottom.

  3. Select Forms menu item.

  4. Select the form to complete.

  5. Review and complete the form.

  6. Select the Submit button in the bottom-right corner.

  7. Optional: Some forms need to be completed once for each student in your family. Switch to the next student by clicking their name/picture from the top-right.

Form status

After successfully completing a form, you may see a Pending status. This is normal and will show until your submission is reviewed by staff, which normally occurs within a few business days. After this time, your form will show an Approved status.
