Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)

Brother Rice requires all Staff and Faculty accounts be protected by Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).

MFA is a security enhancement that requires users to provide two or more verification factors - example: Password with Time-based code. Multi-factor authentication is also known as two-factor authentication or 2-step verification.

New MFA users should follow the steps on each of these pages to be fully enrolled:

 

If you loose access to your additional factors (i.e. cell phone) you may need Tech Help assistance to gain access to your BRHS accounts.
