Items to be returned:
- iPad (confirm BRHS label and no visible damage)
- iPad case (wear and tear expected, but no damage)
- Power adapter (Apple 10W, white)
- USB-Lightning cable (Apple, white, no visible damage)
Important!
"Find My iPad" must be turned off!
Instructions for turning off "Find My iPad"
If iPad has NOT been erased, then turn off "Find My iPad" in Settings.
- Settings > iCloud > Find My iPad then slide button to Off
If iPad has been erased (see white Hello screens), must remove device from Apple ID.
