Page selection

Along the bottom of the touch panel is a series of buttons to navigate between the available pages. Options on each page will vary depending on the devices available in each room.

  1. POWER - Turn on/off displays

  2. VIDEO - Assign video sources (inputs) to each display

  3. AUDIO - Select the active audio source and set microphone levels (if available)

  4. Source Control - Control sources (inputs), virtual remotes

VIDEO Page

Each column identifies a different display (e.g. Main Display and Display 2). Select a source (input) by touching an option under each column (display). The source list in each column will vary by what sources are available to that display. Each list scrolls up/down by touching an option and swiping up/down.

  • DS 1 - Digital Signage 1

  • Local as in Local: AppleTV, indicates a source that is available only to that Display

AUDIO Page

  1. Top bar controls: adjust the room audio levels. Most rooms start with their audio level MUTED. You can mute/unmute and control the volume up/down.

  2. Microphone controls (if applicable): control the volume of each microphone separately. If the microphone’s mute icon is highlighted blue then the microphone is muted. It is possible to mute the source audio (using the top bar control, #1) and still use microphones. These settings are preserved when the touch panel resets.

  3. Room source selection: select the single audio to play over the room speakers. This setting is preserved when the touch panel resets.

Source Control

The list of sources you can control will vary by location. Click the source you want to control and a virtual remote that matches the functions of that source will appear. Press the “X” in the top-right corner to close the virtual remote.

Troubleshooting

  • Display Power - you can tell if a display is turned on because the LED light on the bottom-left (or left) will be green instead of red (off).

  • Laptop not showing on display after confirming the display is on and the proper source is selected (VIDEO page) - please make sure your laptop is on “Duplicate” or “Mirroring” mode.

  • My laptop audio is not being hear after confirming the room MUTE is disabled (Top Bar Audio Controls #1) and the Room Source Selection (#3) is correct - check that your laptop’s speaker assignment says “CRESTRON” instead of internal or built-in speakers.
