Items to be Returned

  1. iPad (no visible damage)
  2. iPad case and keyboard (wear and tear expected, but no damage)
  3. Power adapter (Apple 12W, white)
  4. USB-Lightning cable (Apple, white, no visible damage)


Preparing Your iPad for Return

  1. Remove the iPad passcode

  2. Turn off the Activation Lock (Class of 2020 and 2021 only)  

Remove Passcode

To remove the passcode:

  1. On your iPad, go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode

  2. Enter your passcode

  3. Tap Turn Passcode Off

  4. Enter your passcode


Turn off Activation Lock

To turn off the Activation Lock, the "Find My iPad" setting must be turned off.

To turn off "Find My iPad":

  1. On your iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > Find My > Find My iPad.

  2. Slide "Find My iPad" button to Off.

  3. Enter Apple ID password, then tap Turn Off
