- iPad (BRHS label, no visible damage)
- iPad case (wear and tear expected, but no damage)
- Power adapter (Apple 10W, white)
- USB-Lightning cable (Apple, white, no visible damage)
Preparing Your iPad for Return
To prepare your iPad for return to BRHS, the Activation Lock must be turned off. If your iPad has not been erased, follow the instructions to Turn Off "Find My iPad". If your iPad has been erased, follow the instructions to Remove the iPad from Apple ID.

To turn off the Activation Lock, the "Find My iPad" setting must be turned off.
To turn off "Find My iPad":
- On your iPad, go to Settings > iCloud > Find My iPad
- Slide "Find My iPad" button to Off.

If your iPad has been erased (Hello screen displayed), the iPad must be removed from your Apple ID to turn off the Activation Lock.
To remove the iPad from your Apple ID:
- Sign into iCloud https://www.icloud.com with your Apple ID
- Select Find My iPad
- Select All Devices to open a list of devices linked to your Apple ID
- Select the iPad to be removed.
- Select Remove from Account (Note: It may take a minute for Remove from Account option to appear.)
